RMA handling process
Please check if the defective items are under the mentioned warranty period before RMA number request.
Warranty period is normally 12 months from the shipment date.
Please download the RMA form for the authorization number before sending the defective items
Fill in the RMA form with the replied authorization number and put the form copy inside the shipment.
Pls ship those defective items to the address shown on the form.
Once received the returned RMA shipment, Megastek will reply the RMA receipt form to define the defective symptoms and warranty period coverage.
Megastek will reply the estimated repair completion date and repairing cost if any on the form.
Megastek will be responsible for the returned RMA defective items if:
items is still under the warranty period
defective items is not caused by the externality damage or inappropriate usage.
If any items is out of warranty coverage, Megastek will charge for the repairing and components if can be repaired.
if fail to repair under the above terms, product will be disposal or return to customer at their own transportation cost.
Any out of warranty coverage RMA defective items will be at the customer transportation cost for the return RMA shipment.
Customer is responsible to ship RMA to Megastek at their transportation cost and Megastek will ship back the repaired RMA at her cost if the items are within the warranty coverage as mentioned before. Megastek will not bear any local custom duties and any other VAT taxes.
The warranty period will be continued to count and extend for 3 months after the RMA shipment.
