The home base station S921 is an auxiliary device for prisoners' ankle models MT200X and MT65. If the ankle is within 15-20 meters of S921, S921 will report the location (at home) to the server. Beyond this range, s921 will not be able to detect the ankle and report outdoor information. S921 is installed in a fixed position.
