Compact laser system for precision interferometry and gas detection.
Thanks to many years of in-depth research carried out jointly with our partners, we are ready to provide our customers with a compact laser system for precision interferometry and gas detection.
Modern methods of precision interferometry make it possible to determine with high accuracy the quality of optical surfaces, the absolute dimensions of parts in a non-contact manner, and the distances to objects.
However, they require a light source of exceptional quality in terms of its monochromaticity and spatial coherence.
The proposed compact laser system for precision interferometry and gas detection competes with existing equipment in this field (Thorlabs Inc. (USA), Toptica Photonics (Germany), New Focus (USA), Sacher Lasertechnik (Germany), MOG Laboratories (Australia)), has smaller dimensions of both an optical module and an electronic one of the block, and low power consumption.
The use of an external optical resonator makes it possible to increase its Q-factor and, as a result, reduce the width of the laser system generation line compared to common DFB and DBR diode lasers.
The rigid design of the external resonator, the synchronous restructuring of its modes and the selectivity contour make it possible to continuously adjust the wavelength by tens of gigahertz, and double thermal stabilization ensures high wavelength stability.
In combination with the frequency binding unit produced by our company, it is possible to keep the laser system generation frequency within MHz at daily intervals.
In addition, our device has a very attractive price due to the use of inexpensive but carefully selected components.
