We offer 2 years warranty, 1 year free warranty & another year at cost basis charge to customer. Both parties will bear one trip of freight charges for the return merchandises. Defective merchandise will be returned within 14 days upon the receipt of goods in Hong Kong. We also provide spare shipment with no rma back agreement and any optional arrangement is subjected to our approval.
Please go through the check points:
1) Check carefully before asking for RMA
- if the warranty period has been expired.
- if those are normally function or misuse
- if there is any external damage to the products that is not manufacturers liability
- if there is the protective packing for the RMA delivery in the consideration of possible shocking and crashing while in the shipment.
2) If everything correct, fill in the RMA form with the required information and send back to us by fax or email at your convenience.
3) All information is correct, we will give out a RMA nos.
4) You are requested to ship out with the RMA nos shown on the shipping document and also on the outer carton box.
5) We will be responsible for the freight of those RMA back to you and RMA freight coming is at your own charge
